Counter-Notification
The party representing the affected website or the content provider may issue a counter-notification under sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. If this occurs, we may repost or link to the content.
For your convenience, a counter-notification may also be submitted via email, using the contact information provided on this website. Be aware that submitting a false counter-claim may also result in liability for damages, including court costs and attorney fees.
